- Ensuring trucks are at their various loading and offloading points on time
- Reporting breakdowns to operations manager, Livetrack, workshops as well as the client and other involved parties
- Sending a detailed report of the entire fleet’s location, load, status and current activity Opening job cards for every truck on Fleet Manager (NAVASION) once it arrives in the Kasembo yard or has a breakdown
- Opening trips for each truck on Fleet Manager and issuing of Diesel orders for all our suppliers from Zambia and our suppliers in Zimbabwe and Botswana
