  • Manage USAID - ILRG administrative logistics and event planning. In 2022, a community forest management conference and one USAID partner project launch have been coordinated successfully.
  • Coordinate 5 grantee organizations in monitoring and evaluating impact data collection and analysis. Microsoft Excel, Power BI and ODK are used to collect this information.
  • Send out SMS based surveys and notices to grantee communities. Over 4000 community members have been reached this way per annum. This has saved USAID - ILRG over $6,000 per annum.
  • Train rural community-based data collectors in women's land rights, land mapping, data collection and analysis. Over 20 community members in ODK mapping and reporting and community reporting via ODK for over 70 community-based groups across Zambia has been facilitated
  • Manage short term data projects in Petauke, Chipata and Lundazi. Over 50 distinct data professionals in collection, digitization, and validation of data have been managed.

  • Provided organizational knowledge management support to the expert team, quarterly evaluation and end of project deliverables handover after 7 years of operation.

  • Organized an all day field visit to Kamanga and Ngombe, peri urban areas of Lusaka
  • Organized and coordinated a four day sanitation knowledge exchange visit that hosted Sanergy from Kenya.
  • Supported stakeholder mapping in the water and sanitation sector in Lusaka.
  • Drafted climate friendly sanitation concept notes and presentations for the introduction of the project
  • Supported the design and development of toilet mapping exercises in Fecal Sludge Management zones within the Lusaka Sanitation Program of toilet databases for Kanyama, George, Chazanga and Chawama.
