• Accurately issuing insurance documents such as motor certificates, COMESA Yellow card, policy documents and territorial extension.
• Processing binders in Premia within 72 hours
• Ensure follow ups on premium outstanding and make sure that all policies were premium was not paid in full have signed instalment plans
• Ensure all policies requiring Reinsurance Support are communicated to the underwriter and information on risk placement is provided and ensure RI allocations is 100% done.
• Carry out Risk Survey or inspections of comprehensive insured vehicles
• Ensure collection of underwriting details from brokers to help process the risk in premia.
• Responding to email communication within 48 hours
• Attending to walk in clients and issuing quotations.
• Attending to sales agents and aiding them with various demands communicated on WhatsApp and any other means.
• Ensure collection of accurate KYCs from the customers.
• Ensure accurately filing of work in DMS and box files
• Educating clients on various types of insurance
• Preparing underwriting weekly reports and COMESA monthly reports.
• Handling insurance placement and renewals for motor and non-motor policies for direct clients, agents and brokers.

· Financial Analysis: helping the finance manager in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and conducting financial modelling.

· Accounting Support: processing invoices, Tax invoices and managing accounts payable or receivable.

· Data Entry and Management: entering and managing financial data in the core system procurify.
