In my current capacity as the Program Coordinator for the Menstrual Campaign Project, my responsibilities include:Menstrual Cup Campaign: Lead and coordinate the menstrual cup campaign for Join for Joy. This includes training sessions, tracking distribution records, forecasting future needs, and updating information about menstrual cups.

Project Coordination: Oversee training for the Join for Joy Menstrual Cup Program and support projects for primary school teachers. This involves planning kickoff training, training the trainers, achievement reviews, Alumni Day, and menstrual cup awareness activities.

Event Planning: Ensure all logistics for the Menstrual Cup Project are in place. This includes organizing materials, venues, accommodations, attendees, dates, and other necessary details.

Monitoring and Evaluation: Visit schools in the Join for Joy program to check progress. Report updates in the JFJ App, capture impact figures and stories and submit monthly, quarterly, and training event progress reports on the menstrual cup project.

Relationships with Stakeholders: Build and strengthen relationships with education offices, schools, head teachers, teachers, health institutions, and potential partners creatively

Financial Management:

Project Activities: Estimate costs for project activities and get quotes from suppliers. Manage funds from the organization responsibly, and prepare and report on menstrual cup project expenses and forecasts. Ensure timely payments and keep payment documents in order, including quotations, invoices, and receipts.

Office Expenses: Create and manage a monthly budget for office expenses, such as groceries, stationery, and other costs needed to run the office.
