Mulala Hellen Chasauka is an experienced gender expert with five years’ experience in development work, education, SGBV, GBV LIVES with her work emphasizing the empowerment of marginalized groups such as Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYWs) in Zambia. Mulala is very proficient in managing USAID-funded programs focused on health, empowerment, gender equality, and stakeholder engagements. Currently managing DREAMS Chimwemwe Center operations under CIDRZ, supporting vulnerable adolescent girls and young women through life skills, vocational training, and psychosocial counseling. She holds a master’s degree in development studies and certified in psychosocial counselling and a trainer in GBV LIVES. Mulala fluent in English, and Nyanja.
