Field Team leader under the VVOB project IT’S PLAY (Improving Teaching Skills on Playful Learning for Africa’s Youngest) evaluated by Glasgow University and University of Zambia. The task involved mobilizing, coordinating researchers, scheduling interviews with stakeholders and schools.
Save the Children (2021)
Participated in evaluation of the inclusive early childhood care and development education (IECCDE) project in four districts of western province Zambia. The task involved coordination of the research team, arranging meetings with stakeholders and participants. Preparing of research materials, training of research assistants in the data collection tools.
Good Neighbors (2021)
The client wanted a baseline evaluation on increasing access to upper secondary school education through improvement of girl friendly environment in Chongwe. The task involved designing, coordination, scheduling meetings with the client, training research assistants, data collection tools development, data collection, analysis, report writing and dissemination of results with stakeholders.
African Population and Health Research (2020)
Participated in the evaluation of the community based nutrition and feeding as a way to improve health outcomes in early years. The task included data collection tools development, data collection and reporting in Chisamba district.

Participated on the mapping of stakeholders in the implementation of the nurturing care framework in Zambia. The task included supporting data collection tools development, data collection, analysis and report proof reading.
