• Digital Migration Project: Actively participated in the installation, configuration, and deployment of TV Playout systems, Non-Linear Editing Systems, and Media Asset Management (MAM) Systems as part of the Zambia Digital Migration Project in 2018 at ZNBC. • Internet Live Streaming Platform: Played a pivotal role in implementing an internet live streaming platform for Radio and Television services at ZNBC, significantly expanding the organization's viewer and listener base as services became accessible outside Zambia for the first time in its history.
• News Website Development: Instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying the ZNBC news website (www.znbc.co.zm), leading to increased website visitors and boosted revenue through Google monetization services.
• ICT Policy Formulation: Played a key role in adopting and formulating ZNBC's ICT Policy in January 2016, promoting the adoption of modern industry best practices within the ICT Unit for improved organizational service.
• TV Channel Expansion: Successfully executed the installation, configuration, and deployment of the TV3 Christian Channel on ZNBC's DTV platform in January 2016, expanding the number of TV channels from 2 to 3, thereby increasing the organization's revenue base.
• NAS File Server Configuration: Configured NAS file servers using Windows Server 2012 in 2016 and 2017 at ZNBC, resulting in centralized data accessibility across the organization.

• LAN Expansion: Installed LAN infrastructure for the TV2 newsroom at ZNBC Mass Media Complex and Livingstone offices in 2012 and 2013, respectively. This expansion enhanced the efficiency of the Newsroom unit in utilizing information technology services.
• IP Radio Link Setup: Conducted annual configuration and installation of an IP Radio link between the Mass Media Complex and Lusaka Show Grounds, extending the LAN used for the Agricultural Show exhibition at ZNBC. This ensured ZNBC's efficient participation and exhibition in the Annual Agricultural and Commercial Show.
• Active Directory Configuration: Configured Active Directory users and rolled out users on the Microsoft 2010 mail exchange server in 2012 at ZNBC, enhancing authentication, authorization, and access control for users and simplifying the management of network resources.

1. DevOps Project Report: Enhancing Cloud Product Delivery for AppleBite Co.(Edureka DevOps Training Project One)

In 2022, I undertook a challenging DevOps project with a hypothetical company, AppleBite Co., aimed at improving product quality, reliability, and speeding up software delivery. Despite complexities and the involvement of multiple technologies, we tackled these challenges head-on.
Project Objectives
AppleBite Co.'s main objectives included:
• Addressing build complexity.
• Streamlining incremental builds.
Approach
To meet these objectives, we implemented DevOps practices, emphasizing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD). Key tools used were:
• Git for version control.

Conclusion
This project exemplifies my application of DevOps principles and tools to real-world scenarios. By implementing Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, and leveraging tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Ansible, I played a pivotal role in addressing the challenges faced by AppleBite Co. The project successfully achieved its objectives of faster software delivery with enhanced quality and reliability while reducing feedback time between developers and testers.

2. Automated CI/CD Implementation for Abstergo Corp's Online Shopping Portal (Edureka DevOps Training Project Two)

This project report outlines the successful implementation of an automated Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline for a hypothetical company, Abstergo Corp's online shopping portal. The project aimed to reduce development and deployment times, thereby enhancing the company's ability to introduce new features quickly in response to fierce market competition.
