• In this role, I work on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of the school health program. Working closely with the Vice-President of Programs, responsibilities include ensuring that trainings in new sites adhere to the highest quality standards, with rigorous implementation and assessment. Tailoring content and delivery to meet unique needs.
  
  Taking charge of program items, guarantee procurement is on time, within budget, and of high quality. By maintaining strict vendor evaluation and selection processes, uphold integrity of materials and services utilized. ensuring that total cost of ownership for all procured materials meets quality standards, implemented cost-saving strategies without compromising on excellence. This includes comprehensive understanding procurement lifecycle and potential risk factors. This role also involves continuously identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks related to program expansion, procurement, and delivery. By developing and employing risk management strategies, contribute to safeguarding organizational interests and sustaining program success.

• Regional Program Manager is responsible for overseeing programs and operations in Lusaka, Ndola, Kitwe, Kabwe, Solwezi, Chipata, Choma, Livingstone and Mazabuka.
• During this period, we managed to successfully host the minister of education during a clinic hand over ceremony. Grew the team from 50 program staff to over a 100. Participated in the recruiting process from identifying suitable candidates to onboarding them in their roles.

The Programme Development Lead provides strategic leadership of the programme development team, in line with the organizational MEL strategy. I was responsible for research, learning, and providing key inputs and innovative ideas on how to continuously improve the School Feeding Approach and working towards programme excellence.

In addition, I was responsible for leading institutional donor project and the design of impact assessment research.

The programme aims to produce executives skilled in leadership, team management, financial planning and project management. More specifically, it covers a wide range of knowledge and skills, necessary for professionals, dealing with management and finance, both in design and planning, as well as in the management of diverse teams. In addition to the expertise and technical skills, the programme teaches the analysis of strategies, measures and actions aimed at developing individuals into leaders with a wider context of social policy.

The Leadership Academy is a comprehensive development course that accelerates leadership development and improves how Mary's Meals serve its mission. The main goal it to develop high performing leaders who are aligned with the vision and values to achieve its mission. The course is aimed at equipping leaders with the tools, skills, knowledge, attitudes and behaviors they require to be successful and to serve the global movement.

The course was focused on training project managers on how they can can apply the knowledge, skills and techniques to execute projects effectively and efficiently.

Organizational Leadership equips experienced team leaders and aspiring executives with the skills, strategies, and tools to rise to expanded leadership responsibilities and guide their organizations effectively.

The programme aimed at producing good and effective managers at the organization. The focus was on developing stronger teams that work together and inspire each other to do more. The other focus was ensuring that all managers at the organization believe in the values of the global movement.

The course lays out different challengers leaders face, introduces a toolbox of techniques and shows where these can be best applied through practical strategies and case studies.

The course was focused on the statistical study and evaluation of population trends through the use of existing data sources such as Census, human population bulletins etc.
