I am an accomplished and seasoned banker with over a decade (14 years) of experience in banking with a bias to Retail and SME banking and branch management leading to profitability and growth of the business through innovations and proven management skills.

In my current role as Branch Manager at Zambia National Building Society (ZNBS), I have successfully led my team to achieving great performance across all key performance areas (KPAs) including sales, operational and governance excellence thus getting recognized for the following awards below:

Owing to my experience in the banking industry and academic background, I am able to assist the institution to grow the business by on-boarding new customers while supporting existing ones with excellent customer service and relationship management.

I have had the opportunity to serve clients of different segments including High Net Individuals at a premium elite branch for Atlasmara in my capacity as Branch Manager-Premium Elite), further on I have held the role as Branch Manager of a Flagship branch (Head Office) for Atlasmara and BancABC respectively.

Prior to joining ZNBS as Branch Manager which is currently my role, I served as Sales and Service Manager in Atlasmara steering in this area and ensuring clients needs are met seamlessly and importantly making the bank meet their needs.

My current role at ZNBS entails that I manage High Net Worth (Institutional heads) and ordinary customers, it also includes managing relationships of large corporates such as Mopani Copper Mines, CEC, Sandvik Mining, all local authorities and senior government officials and all senior staff of corporates in the copperbelt jurisdiction.

I believe I can grow and contribute to the performance of your institution given the skills set and experience I posses in collaboration with the existing team as i bring forth and open up a different market.
