●Track project budgets and expenses, CapEx and OpEx Budget planning

and control of all labour and materials for all retrofits and project works.

●Carried out repair and maintenance works on plant equipment eg.jaw crushers, Roll Crushers, Rotap screen analysis, automatic sieve shakers, Rod Mills, LM2 Mills etc

●Modification of electrical circuits and electrical retrofits for site buildings, substation, substation Sub DB's and Lab equipment.

●Repair and service of gensets ranging from 14kVA to 150KVA.

●Giving project updates, progress reports,

to the head of maintenance.

●Installation, maintenance and repair of screw type and piston type air compressors.

●Service of fume extraction systems and three phase centrifugal induction fans.

●Installation of Asynchronous motors, soft starters, VFD's and carrying out insulation resistance, continuity tests and ohmic resistance tests on induction motor windings.

●Installation of PID temperature controllers for the sample prep/ Laboratory ovens, muffle furnace and Hotplates.

●Replaced problematic distribution boxes, MCB and MCCB's breakers to maximise reliability and performance of power systems.
