• Supporting the elderly and persons with physical disabilities with food and non food items
• My role is basically to raise awareness about the foundation and supporting resource mobilisation currently we are supporting 30 women in sipondo village of chisamba district and 30 women in lusaka
• Providing emotional support to the elderly and their families.
• Ensuring that people have clothes and access to clean water and medication
• Food preparation during our meetings
• Initiate physical activities to promote active lifestyle,
• Helping elderly with household chores
• Visit elderly at home and spend quality time with them while ensuring their general well-being

• Assisted with patient hygiene, physical comfort, eating, and drinking, and mobility
• Guided patients to restroom the for toileting
• Maintained clean environment with due consideration to health and safety issues and infection control policy
• Made beds,organized rooms and lightly cleaned to maintain sanitary living environments
• Assisted patients with personal care by bathing and dressing
• Assisted with taking vital signs

• Exceeded monthly sales targets by 100% during my first month at work
• Successfully sold 350 office chairs to university teaching hospital in one day
• Achieved quarterly and annual sales goals by acquiring new customers

I cared for my grandmother (80 years) for 2 years prior to her death. At the time of care she was diagnosed with eye cataract and dementia which caused poor sight and memory loss.

My duties included;

• Assisted her with personal care such as bathing,dressing ,nail care,oral care and hair care
• Guided her to the restroom for toileting
• Prepared fresh meals for her
• Provided companionship
• Exercised patience and understanding when handling her mood swing after forgetting something
