- Supervising all civil works, monitoring, undertaking inspections for approvals and sign-offs.
- Undertaking Quality Control (QC) inspections for all subcontractors ranging from; MEP and HVAC, making sure they are delivering results in line with project specifications.
- Supervising and collecting quality control data of all Bulk Earthworks, that is carrying out tests such as; DCPT, MDD and CBR

- Liaising with the client Site Engineer, subcontractors and other professional staff, and the overall project manager on technical challenges on site and providing solutions.
- Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
- Responding to technical concerns quickly and effectively, devising strategic solutions to minimize project disruption
- Conducting regular inspections and asses work performance done by subcontractors.
- Verifying works done by contractors for invoicing.
- Preparing and/or reviewing drawings and plans, specifications and cost estimates for civil works.
