Coming up with Ideas for the Foods menu and the cost of sales
* Ordering enough stocks shop and implementation of FIFO
* Make sure Staff recruitment and training is done according to the SOP
* Make sure Healthy and safety is in place
* Make sure the hygiene is standard is been followed in Daily basis
* Make sure Stock taking for various departments is done accurate.
* Sign all the invoices when is been captured and verified if isn’t book wrongly.
* Managed all the vehicles which was allocated for company Logistics and it drives
* From time to time, go around the floor to monitor occurrences and apply control measures
