  • Worked with key education stakeholders in Solwezi district to develop the company's education support strategy that I code-named the Kansanshi Education Quality Improvement Programme (KanEQuIP) under it's corporate social responsibility programme.
  • Identified and developed KanEQuIP's eight key intervention areas that included education leadership and management development, teacher improvement, education resource support, community and stakeholder engagement, early childhood education and sports programmes.
  • Created and managed engagement platforms through which KanEQuIP was jointly run, monitored and reviewed with government's district and provincial education offices.
  • Developed and ran staff improvement courses in education leadership and management and in improved methods of teaching for 21st century learning outcomes.
  • Recruited, mentored and managed a team of staff members to deliver KanEQuIP.
