Since joining Viamo in this role, I have launched and managed the implementation of over 10 products on the Viamo platform in Zambia with over 2M active users.
Piloted and commercially launched first voice-first generative AI assistant in Zambia. Over 40,000 users successfully called into Viamo platform and asked questions in their own voice, receiving responses to over 30,000 questions.
In this role, I am in charge of and manage the Viamo platform in Zambia, I am responsible for ensuring a high quality and an impactful mobile service(s).
- As the Platform expert, I own the following: Partner Relationship Management, Content Development, Platform User Experience, Platform Strategy and Growth, Maintenance and Operations, Monitoring, and Reporting.
- I manage the piloting and launching to market of new features on the Viamo platform in Zambia.
- I am responsible for each step of the content development process, ensuring that key messages follow best practices and are translated, recorded, and pre-tested, and implemented on the platform correctly.
- I am the Viamo platform expert, identifying the content needs of end users, building the audio and text trees (using the Viamo Cloud Software), updating content, and troubleshooting
- I manage MNO (Mobile Network Operator relationships) in country which are at the core of our operations. I also manage NGO partner relationships for projects on the platform.
- I work closely with the global and country team to deliver memorable and socially impactful experiences to both our end users and clients through the platform.
