Under this role, I took on more administrative duties that require me to work under little supervision and report to the financial control and accounting manager. Duties include, but are not limited to.

• Bank's and supplier's accounts reconciliation.
• Bank payments, that's posting in the package and uploading on bank portal for approval.
• Posting of supplier invoices and expenses on a timely basis and making follow-ups if delayed.
• Preparation of draft tax schedule (VAT)
• Analyzing fuel consumption for various company vehicles and position into systems.
• Import analyzing and cost allocation before posting.

Took on responsibility for all cash transactions and various additional duties.

• Maintained filing systems both electronically and manually.
• Receipting and payment of cash transactions in line with guidelines.
• Tracking and managing petty cash accounts for the company's other locations in the country.
• Booking of general expenses and accounts maintenance of advances given to employees.
