• Successfully conducted stakeholder engagement meetings like DIMS and PIMS with MoH, USAID and other implementing partners (IPs), To improve data quality in the province
• Worked well in a team setting, providing support and guidance.
• Worked with USAID, MoH and other IPs on Enhanced Site Visit (ESV) and Site Improvement Monitoring Systems (SIMS), to improve on service delivery to our clients in the province
• Successfully carried out Data Quality Assessment with Key Stakeholders:, (MoH), USAID and other Implementing partners (IPs),to improve data quality in the province.
• Have an experience working with DATIM, For Data entry, Cleaning and analysis for reporting to the Donor USAID
• Used SmartCare both Legacy and Plus for data entry, reports running
• Ensured that data ammonization is conducted with key stakeholders like MoH and Implementing Partners (IPs) to ensure data consistence In the province
• Prepared Data presentation (DRM) for all programs implemented by JSI/SAFE to the management for Project Evaluation and Decision Making
• Ensued the monitoring of timely and consistent data Collection and reporting from all project partners and health Facilities
• Worked to reconcile inconsistencies in monthly data reports sent from Project-Supported Health Facilities
• Prepared suitable external and internal reports and communication with management and program staff to facilitate project monitoring and activity planning
• Supporting the project to provide Ministry of Health technical assistance to strengthen the provincial HMIS for the optimal use of routine HMIS Data
• Supporting the team in the use of DHIS2 for Data Entry, Data Cleaning, Data analysis Data Presentation, Data Reporting for Project Evaluation, and project decision making.

• Supervised Strategic Information Assistants in facilities supported by SAFE,
• To conduct Data Review Meeting (DRM) with clinical supervisors, stakeholders, and other Partners when analyzing data.
• Successfully conducted stakeholder engagement meetings like DIMS and PIMS with MoH, USAID and other implementing partners (Ips). To improve data quality in the province.
• Worked with USAID, MoH and other IPs on Enhanced Site Visit (ESV), Site Improvement Monitoring Systems (SIMS). To improve on service delivery to our clients in the province

• Monitored the data entry in ECHO (DHIS2) by the Strategic information assistants from facilities in the Ndola District.
