Accomplishments

  • Have been privileged to serve as a Master Trainer twice. Was among a team of 5 master trainers under the Social Cash Transfer program where the Ministry was migrating from paper-based enumeration to the use of Mobile Technology for the new SCT implementing districts for the 2017 cohort in North Western Province. The training saw 82 district officers trained from both old and new districts on the program.
  • The second opportunity was in 2021 when yet again I served as a master trainer under the Social Cash Transfer program when the Ministry introduced the Zambia Integrated Social Protection Information System (ZISPIS). The training saw a total of 30 district officers of the Copperbelt Province successfully trained.
  • Implemented the Community Rising Project supported by Luapula Foundation in Chingola district for 5 years. The project was a system strengthening of district structures.
  • Implemented the Zambia Rising Project supported by Save the Children.
  • Collaborated with a team of 14 members of staff in the successful payment of user fees for 1, 064 pupils under the SEEVCA project which was being implemented in Chingola district.
