• a. Provide programme management technical support to teams comprising of politicians, technocrats and civil society representatives from Zambia, Sweden and selected African countries in the municipal partnerships and international training programmes. The programmes cover: inclusive governance; gender mainstreaming; and local economic development– meant to enhance the attainment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) funded by UNCDF and SIDA.
• b. Engage relevant government ministries, cabinet office, Embassy of Sweden, private sector and civil society players to secure support for the projects, international travel authorisation and visas for the participating teams from Zambia.
• c. Based on the Theory of Change, undertake organisational readiness and capacity needs assessments for the municipalities. Establish and train Project Steering Committees to oversee and support each project team.
• d. Support ICLD research work and undertake monitoring and evaluation processes and prepare/submit quarterly progress reports to the head office in Sweden on all change projects/processes being undertaken in Zambia.

• Managed to create child protection committees (villages)chaired by the Chief.
