With over 11 years of dedicated service in the oil and gas industry, I have amassed a versatile skill set, achieved significant milestones, and garnered extensive experience. My professional journey has encompassed diverse roles, including Operations Intern, Depot and Distribution Operator, Logistics Officer, Metrology/Depot Supervisor, Supply Coordinator-Fuels/Lubes and currently as Logistics and Supply Supervisor, where I have consistently delivered successful outcomes. Possessing qualifications as a Chemical Technologist, I hold certifications in NEBOSH Oil and Gas Operational Safety and NEBOSH Incident Investigation. Currently enrolled in distance learning programs, I am actively pursuing a Bachelor of Law degree and a Level 7 qualification in HESQ Engineering, gaining valuable insights into legal liability across various industries. While I have consistently surpassed the expectations of my job descriptions, particularly in elevating my understanding of oil and gas marketing, I remain eager to embrace new challenges in different domains. I firmly believe that, regardless of the industry I choose to explore, there is much more I can accomplish and contribute in the foreseeable future.
Currently serving as Logistics and Supply Supervisor in the CSL Department of the OESA Entity, I lead a team to ensure efficient supply, receipt, storage, and distribution of hydrocarbon products. I manage local and cross-border logistics operations, customs clearance, and product delivery while ensuring compliance with trade regulations. My role includes transport planning, dispatch coordination, stock reconciliation, and monitoring in-transit gains/losses. I oversee supplier relations, manage transporter contracts and billing, and coordinate technical vetting and HSSEQ audits. I continuously track KPIs and implement process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency, cost control, and operational performance.
