Shula has significant experience working on gender and social inclusion aspects in the health, WASH and informal sectors in Zambia. She has a Master of Science in Water, Sanitation and Health (WASH) Engineering, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Development Studies, a certificate in Gender and Development and a certificate in Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation. Shula Brings to the team expertise in gender analysis to inform policy reviews and development, training and programme designing and gender strategy development. She also brings her wealth of experience interfacing organizations and communities to explore barriers and opportunities for women, youths and persons with disabilities engagement in employment and other development opportunities.
