Summary

Shula has significant experience working on gender and social inclusion aspects in the health, WASH and informal sectors in Zambia. She has a Master of Science in Water, Sanitation and Health (WASH) Engineering, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Development Studies, a certificate in Gender and Development and a certificate in Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation.
