I am a clinical officer who Worked at mwembezhi rural health center, under contract for 3 years. While there I gained a lot of work experience like:

- being able to screen any conditions, consult and refer when necessary.

-I was the HIV/AIDS coordinator for 2years and worked in TTBand pharmacy department as the assistant.

-In ART as the coordinator, I was incharge of looking at the overall ART facility services in all departments.

-Was able to conduct community programs such as client tracking, community sensitization and drug dispensation.

-Conducted departmental weekly review for ART comprising the ART clinician, SIA, CBVs and head of departments.

-Familiarity with the ART and TB registers and able to identify faulty documentation.

-Helped in identifying and solving problems and challenges faced with the CBVs and the department both ART and TB.

Orientation of the CBVs and staff members of any new information concerning ART and TB and any related health information.

-Also worked hand in hand with the district and NGO's to help improve the service delivery at the facility.

-Able to operate SMARTCARE and DHIS2

-Able write and review reports

-computer proficient( Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and many more).

-Since I also worked in as the assistant in pharmacy, I was also incharge of making sure the ARVs and Test kits are available at the facility.

Able to deligate or give hand over to someone if I was not going to be available.

-worked with different people of all kinds including traditional leaders to help in dissemination of information.
