Part of the team in the advisory (and due diligence) to Abu Dhabi's IRH in its acquisition of the majority stake in Mopani Copper Mine with an investment value of US$1.1 billion.
Part of the team in the advisory on transfer of shares in Standard Microgrid Limited (SMI) from EDF International to EDF Energy for All. The work included legal advice on the modalities and formalities relating to the sale of shares in Zambia with regards the transaction as well as facilitating the said transfer of shares at the Patents and Companies Registration Agency.
Part of the team in the advisory to Konkola Copper Mine through the provisional liquidator on the application of insolvency law in Zambia, mining legal regime and regulations, environmental law and regulations, employment and redundancy.
