  • 2022/2023, Successfully coordinated the UNPAID DDACC AND CHEQUES PROJECT to ensure automation of all processes to align with the Government Gazette Notice 190 of 2010 and Bank of Zambia Circular No.19/2013 to avoid regulatory sanctions. This was after I identified the gaps during an onsite monitoring of the named directives., Initiated and drafted the Process flow regarding the conduct with the regulator in the bank.
  • 2019/2021, Was part of the working group assigned to spearhead the aligning of the Conditions of Service for Management Staff in the Bank. The project was delivered within timelines and approved by the Board.
  • 2014/2015, Initiated a marketing strategy to ensure new to Bank Customers on Government Accounts in Eastern Province were easily identified for onboarding by the Bank.
