  • Transaction Reconciliation:
  • Bank Reconciliation: Comparing a company's bank statements with its internal accounting records to ensure that all transactions are accounted for, including deposits, withdrawals, and fees. Any discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
  • Account Reconciliation: Verifying and reconciling various financial accounts, such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounts, to ensure that they match corresponding records.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, anomalies, or errors that could affect accuracy of financial statements.
  • KYC Uploading of merchant KYC to gateway platform for legal to approve
  • Following up with Legal for timely approval of KYC to ensure merchants are settled on time
  • Coordinating with various team members to get any additional information required for rejected merchant KYCs so that this can be successfully approved.
  • Settlement Setting up of Merchants on Tingg 6 for settlement to allow for auto settlement files to run
  • Sharing and populating Statement of Accounts with finance team where necessary and following up for payments to ensure timeous and accurate settlements of all merchants
  • Sharing of SOA and POPs to merchants after payments have been done.
  • Supporting Automation: Collaborate with Instore and Core team platforms on any automation initiatives required from a UI perspective to support auto settlement
  • Account Management: Continuously liase with merchants to identify and mage any issues that may arise to ensure customer delight
  • I am first point of contact for any Ops issues that may arise.
  • Attend to tickets raised by SD and ensure closure within 24hours Liase with banks and merchants to ensure transaction reconciliations are done and status on CPG changed within 24 hours.
  • Float Management: Consistently monitor float: Airtime, ZESCO and Bank to Wallet and advise team for top ups
  • Liase with bank partners to receive POPs for funding on time to facilitate float funding
