EMPLOYMENT ROLES AND EXPERIENCES

  • Responsible for the hiring process and recruitment of new employees in the organization.
  • Responsible for job designing and analysis, disseminating employment advertisement to different media platforms and sourcing.
  • Ensuring legal compliance for the candidates, short listing, communicating, interviewing, and selecting the eligible. Reporting to management to assist indecision making, planning and coordinating all administrative activities related to the organization’s personnel.
  • Carrying out recruitment processes by making candidates compliant through screening, drawing up shortlists for clients to interview, organizing interviews and selection events, running background checks, documentation checks, stamping and signing documents, identity checks, responding to questions and needs of candidates and reporting to the Manager.

PHRIS means Payroll Human Resource Information System where we load employee database. Given a task of employee benefits contributions, employee compensations etc.
