Am a professional chef,i first worked for protea hotel for 4 years from 2008 to 2012 as a junior chef(breakfast chef)then moved to salad section,after seen potential in me I was then moved to make sneaks at hot section and grills,..I also have basic knowledge of desserts.In 2012 September I decided to look for green passers,when God answered my prayers I moved from protea hotel to kafue gorge regional training centre under zesco limited company where am currently working as a senior chef.
