Market development and sustainability- Helped in maintaining market share especially at the time
when there was product migration in one of our brands by ensuring customer loyalty as been the
prime factor in the whole process.
• Channel development- Creation of different channels of distributing the products based on brand
and market needs. This meant creating selling points in every potential spot where sales revenues
can be maximised.
• Management of key Accounts- Ensuring good customer relations with the key Account holders to
maintain a sustainable pull effect from the warehouse by providing incentives such as loyalty
programs and sound interpersonal relationships.
• Dealer Management: Ensure sound relationships with dealers/distributors by making sure product
availability always, communication of any relevant information that directly affects them and
providing coaching to sales representatives that fall under each distributor.
• Marketing activities: drive the BAT brand by continuous engagement with the trade and providing
the necessary support that is required.
