  • Developed Maturity Framework for assessing IT Maturity in Southern African Field Offices
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to design and implement Region-wide technology solutions.
  • Formulated a Support Model utilising resources from various Field Offices to provide IT Services across the Region
  • Switchover from IBM Bigfix to Manage Engine for endpoint management
  • Collaborated with IT Audit, Cybersecurity and Endpoint Management teams to improve Cybersecurity across the Region

  • Successfully prepared all Field Offices in the Southern Africa Region for working from home during the various lockdown periods of the COVID 19 pandemic. This included provision of data, devices and remote support capabilities
