My main responsibilities were the following:

1. Visiting various cooperatives under the project( TRALARD ), writing register for the members present

2. office work such as welcoming groups and individuals seeking advice about their project.

3. processing payments of the suppliers ( documentations )

4. Actively present in the office for anything

5. Enhancing communication between members of the groups.

• Coordinated and attended annual church events to foster and build intergenerational fellowship and outreach.
• Assisted in creation and implementation of missions strategy for youth to get involved in local and global missions.
• Evaluated program effectiveness using participant feedback surveys, making improvements based on results.
• Connected participants with valuable resources such as academic support services or job placement assistance when needed.

• Facilitated group activities that encouraged interaction between visitors, fostering a sense of camaraderie among attendees.
• Maintained safety standards throughout tours, ensuring a secure environment for both guests and exhibits.
• Supported marketing initiatives by sharing positive guest feedback on social media platforms and through word-of-mouth referrals.
• Served as a friendly ambassador for the organization, cultivating strong relationships with community members and partnering organizations.
