My main responsibilities are the following:

• Visiting various cooperatives under the project( TRALARD ), writing register for the members present
• Office work, such as welcoming groups and individuals seeking advice about their project.
• Processing payments of the suppliers (documentations).
• Actively present in the office for other responsibilities.
• Enhancing communication between members of the groups.
• Oversaw the development and implementation of operational procedures.
• Facilitated stakeholder meetings to align on strategic initiatives.
• Monitored all operations for potential security risks and threats at various sites.
• Supervised community members in carrying out daily duties and activities.

• Coordinated and attended annual church events to foster and build intergenerational fellowship and outreach.
• Assisted in creation and implementation of missions strategy for youth to get involved in local and global missions.
• Evaluated program effectiveness using participant feedback surveys, making improvements based on results.
• Advocating for best practice of Educational core curriculum activities in our mission schools.
• Designing curriculum for summer season
• Connected participants with valuable resources such as academic support services or job placement assistance when needed.

• Facilitated group activities that encouraged interaction between visitors, fostering a sense of camaraderie among attendees.
