Key Achievements
Successfully supported a full cycle recruitment including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes and coordinating interviews for technical and non-technical positions resulting in a successful hire of over 20 professionals for the Zambia refugee host community project (World Bank project)
Employee Relations
- Acted as a liaison officer between employees and management addressing concerns and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Managed end-to-end documentation for disciplinary actions, ensuring all records were accurate, confidential, and legally defensible
- Interpreted and advised on employment law dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
Leave Management

Performance and Talent Management

Benefits Administration
- Facilitated the implementation of compensation & benefits strategy as provided for in employment agreements as and when due by promptly checking and arranging approval of applications in alignment with approved policy and procedure and binding agreements and close coordination with finance.
- Managed benefits documentation completing termination paperwork and contributing to the execution of exit interviews
HR Information Management systems
- Managed the HR Systems application database by ensuring efficient access to and retrieval of applicants’ information and acknowledging in accordance with recruitment and policy procedure
