Accomplishments

  • Achieved a 5.2% net growth in Customer Base which eventually resulted in increased merchant transactions on POS, and e-Commerce (Ministry of Home Affairs, Immigration, RTSA, ZAMTEL, and NAPSA on-boarding) resulting in over K2m annual net income growth.
  • One of the Change Leaders during the name change from Barclays to ABSA with seamless and issue-free bank database lift and drop from Group/Centre to in-country, Zambia.
  • Successfully spearheaded and landed MoMo on POS in partnership with MTN Zambia – A capability that allows MTN Wallet Account holders to transact on ABSA POS machines from the wallet accounts sitting on their mobile phones.
