Jackson Okuku is a public health professional with over fifteen years of experience providing technical leadership in the design, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of a broad range of public health programs for infectious diseases among priority and key populations (KP) in both the public and private sector. Some of these programs include HIV testing, Pre-exposure prophylaxis, violence prevention, condom programing, and voluntary medical male circumcision. With a background in public health and project management, he has successfully served as Program Officer/Activity Manager for U.S.-Government funded HIV prevention grants/Cooperative Agreements, coordinating funding, reporting, and administration in Zambia. Highly self-motivated, he has worked at technical and management levels in several international development organizations including Fhi360, Jhpiego, and the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
