I am a 2017 graduate with experience in Data entry, loan coordination, Customer service and administration. I have worked as a Data Entry Clerk for Zambia National Commercial Bank under the IFSR9 project, where most of my work involved data entry, collateral maintenance, and calling customers who did not put correct information on the documents to be able to get correct information and update in the system, I also brought about accuracy in the customers' application forms by being able to assist clients fill in the correct information and directing them to appropriate desks for further queries. I have also worked as a Loan Officer for Jaden Cash Advance, where I was engaged in customer service and office administration through phone calls, walk-ins at the offices and marketing Jaden Cash Advance. At Jaden Cash Advance I was able to answer phone calls and serve customers according to any need they wanted help with. I was also in charge of supervising the branches Jaden Cash Advance had in markets. I am currently obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology from Information and communication University, and I have a certificate in Information and Communication Technology from Lusaka Youth Resource Centre.
