Project: Cultivating Change in a Warming World (CCWW)

• Provide project management and monitoring support to Oxfam's Just Economies pillar, specifically under the CCWW project, focused on climate resilience and equitable economic systems.
• Coordinate the implementation of MEAL systems that ensure timely tracking of research outputs, policy engagement, and community feedback loops.
• Support cross-functional collaboration between technical teams, partner organizations, and communities to align project implementation with global policy influence goals.
• Develop and maintain tools, templates, and processes for results tracking, learning documentation, and reporting ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Organize and lead field monitoring visits, synthesizing complex qualitative and quantitative data into user-friendly formats for reporting and learning.
• Contribute to the design and refinement of knowledge products, ensuring findings are data-driven, policy-relevant, and aligned with Oxfam’s Theory of Change.
• Facilitate partner capacity strengthening on documentation, data use, and continuous learning and adaptation.

Project: USAID Tuberculosis Local Organization Network (TBLON)

• Designed and implemented project management tools and M&E frameworks for the USAID-funded TBLON project across four provinces.
• Provided coaching to implementing partners on results documentation and use of digital systems for data collection and reporting.
• Coordinated multi-stakeholder input and ensured timely delivery of reports and deliverables to USAID standards.
• Facilitated internal learning sessions and feedback loops based on ongoing monitoring and data reviews.

• Supported a national-level endline evaluation by managing field research logistics, tool development in ODK, and coordinating with health authorities.
• Served as team lead for data collection in rural districts, ensuring data quality and timely submissions.

• Coordinated reporting and tracking for a multi-district WASH initiative under the USAID MAWA WASH project.
• Led systems development for monitoring data on sanitation access and community-led total sanitation (CLTS) progress.
