. Ensure VMMC daily and monthly reports are updated in the Facility Information Management System. Generate ad hoc reports as requested by the project manager and stakeholders.
Make data presentations and participate in quality improvement meetings. Conduct mentorship visits in each quarter.
Ensure facilities have external backup devices, and providers oriented on this and its importance. Ensure data is collected, cleaned, verified, and aggregated in readiness for reporting.
Submit VMMC reports on a weekly basis.
