Lead Associate for a syndicate of lenders, including Access Bank Zambia Limited and Zambia National Commercial Bank PLC, on a USD 138 million facility to ZESCO Limited, Zambia's largest electricity generator, supplier, and distributor, for repaying independent power producers (IPPs).

Lead Associate to First National Bank Limited on a syndicated facility of up to USD 10 million to Bayport Finance Limited, aimed at providing loans to various SMEs and small-scale borrowers.
